The chatini is a dish originating from Northern India and England and is a corruption of the Indian word chatni.
Typically the original Indian chatni is made from uncooked fruit such as mangoes, apples, bananas, green chilies, green herbs and spices, vinegar or tamarind juice, ground together to make a paste.

On Sunday 3rd March about 40 members gathered at the Lake Pavilion, Homebush Bay on a magnificent autumn day to share a beautiful lunch of roast beef, pork, salads and bread , provided by the AMA. The atmosphere, as usual, was friendly and a lot of fun and laughter was on the menu. Many a story was told and many laughs were spontaneous. Make this YOUR picnic next year.
